ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR COLLEGE FRESHMEN

 

Step 1: Online Registration and Submission & Evaluation of Admission Credentials

For online registration, fill up the form here: https://admission.tip.edu.ph/web/
You may also apply for entrance scholarships at this step.

Step 2: Interview and Entrance Exam*

Freshmen applicants shall have an interview with Security, Occupational, Health and Safety office (SOHAS) and Guidance and Counseling Center (GCC). 

 

*Please note that only freshmen applicants with a 79-75% GWA are required to take the T.I.P. entrance exam.

Step 3: Registration and Assessment of Fees

This step involves encoding of courses and sections followed by printing of enrollment assessment form. 

Step 4: Payment
Pay at the teller and receive official receipt 
Step 5: Issuance of Official Registration Form

The following next steps can each be done at the applicant's own convenience.

 

ID Application - After getting the Official Registration Form, scan the QR code for ID Application and Schedule. 

 

Library Application - You may proceed to the library after receiving your Official Registration Form or once classes begin for Validation / KOHA Validation. 

 

Medical and Dental Exam - For College Freshmen and Grade 11 applicants, proceed to the clinic after getting the Official Registration Form to register for your medical and dental examination schedule.

 

Math Enhancement Program (MEP) Registration - We encourage Engineering, Architecture, and Computer Studies freshmen to join this FREE math tutorial program. This covers the fundamental topics needed for college math. Proceed to the MEP Registration Desk after securing your Official Registration Form. 

 

 

ENROLLMENT FOR TRANSFEREES 

 

Step 1: Online Registration and Submission & Evaluation of Admission Credentials

Transferees are required to take the T.I.P. entrance exam.

For drug testing, secure consent form for Drug Testing at SRO. 
Step 4: Registration and Assessment of Fees
This step involves encoding of courses and sections followed by printing of enrollment assessment form.  
Step 5: Payment 
Pay at the teller and receive official receipt 
Step 6: Issuance of Official Registration Form

Clearance 

For students with academic probations, seek study load advice with the Guidance and Counseling Center (GCC).

For returnees, secure clearance with the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), Student Accounting Services (SAS) and Security, Occupational, Health and Safety (SOHAS) for readmission

Seek advice from Academic Advisers regarding courses to enroll 
Program Evaluator with validate and encode advised courses

Reminder: Academic advisers are available onsite. The Office of the Registrar may validate courses for course credit, course equivalency, overload, simultaneous enrollment and posting of elective courses.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR INCOMING GRADUATE PROGRAM STUDENTS

 

Step 1 Completely fill out the online application form through https://admission.tip.edu.ph/web.
Step 2 A reference number shall be provided along with an email confirmation of your application.
Step 3 Submit the school requirements and reference number to

For Manila: bit.ly/TIPMNLGradProgramApplication
Step 4 The submitted requirements shall undergo verification and evaluation.
Step 5 Expect a notification on the evaluation results of your application in your email.
Step 6 For accepted students, inform the Graduate Programs Coordinator (GPC) on the number of units you intend to enroll. The GPC shall have you pre-registered.
Step 7 The GPC shall email you the pre-enrollment form containing the courses enrolled, fees assessed, payment instructions, and guide on how to register to EmpowerED ARIS, T.I.P.’s student portal.
Step 8 Pay the fees via Dragonpay, Payapp, BDO, or Landbank online banking.
Step 9 Attend the online school orientation. The schedule shall be sent via email.

 

 

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR CONTINUING T.I.P. GRADUATE PROGRAM STUDENTS
