The Master of Engineering with specialization in Industrial Engineering is an application or project-oriented degree that emphasizes the application of theories and methods to actual problems in industry and academe. It generally focuses on the development of quantitative and qualitative skills necessary to evaluate complex issues in manufacturing and service operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in an organization. The students will obtain the engineering and business skill sets in manufacturing technologies, process optimization, simulation, advanced manufacturing and operations techniques, and business management.
PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Three to five years of graduation, alumni of Master of Engineering with specialization in Industrial Engineering shall:
- have advanced their practice or achievement in the field of Industrial Engineering and/or other endeavors or advocacies supported by their acquired engineering education;
- strive to be globally competitive through
