The Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering is an applications or project-oriented degree that emphasizes the application of theories and methods to actual problems in industry and academe. It generally focuses on the design and development of mechanical systems. Students will explore the complementary nature of power generation, energy conversion, thermal system, instrumentation in manufacturing, and renewable sources of energy. Students will provide solutions to problems across a variety of technology-based industries.
PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Three to five years of graduation, alumni of Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering shall:
- have advanced their practice or achievement in the field of Mechanical Engineering and/or other endeavors or advocacies supported by their acquired engineering education;
